Payment & Check-Out
All fees must be paid in advance as agreed upon. Rent payments are due weekly in advance, and no payment plans are possible.
Vacation of the apartment on departure must be completed by 10:00 am to allow for proper turnover and cleaning between residents.

Apartment Maintenance
Residents are responsible for keeping their apartments tidy and in good condition. Routine inspections may be carried out to ensure compliance.
Report any repairs or maintenance issues promptly to the Housing Manager for resolution.

Responsible Conduct
Residents and their visitors must ensure orderly conduct with no disturbances to neighbors and other residents. No parties are allowed on the premises.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and taking illicit drugs are strictly prohibited on the property.
